TRAIN
The fast commute from Norwood Junction to London Bridge is 11 minutes and there is a very regular service in both directions. The train to Victoria is 25 minutes via Clapham Junction. Travel to East Croydon and from there you can take trains into Surrey and down to Brigton. |

For the tram, both Woodside and Black Horse lane are in close proximity and offer travel to Beckenham, Croydon, Addington and as far South as Wimbledon.The service is frequent, cheap and reliable. There are excellent bus services in all directions whether you're heading into London or out to Caterham. |

It’s easy to travel from South Norwood and Woodside into the countryside at the weekend or during the holidays in about 15 minutes. Kent, Surrey and Sussex are all easily accessible. It's simple to find a taxi in South Norwood, just by walking onto to the street or there are many 'dial-a-cab' firms nearby as well. These are especially useful if you're going to an airport. |
